ISO 37001:2016 - Anti-bribery management systems and Anti-bribery and anti-corruption management

ISO is introducing the new standard under which Management Systems that monitor the implementation of anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies in various companies are certified.

The ISO 37001:2016 standard, issued in October 2016, fosters an anti-bribery climate within any organisation, aiming to enhance trust and transparency, which will lead to the overall improvement of an organisation’s workflow.

It also sets out the requirements and provides guidance for a management system designed to assist an organisation to prevent, detect and handle potential cases of bribery and to comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in general.
